Welcome to Unraveling Midlife

This podcast explores midlife by speaking with others about their experiences and the tools they’ve used to walk midlife with grace and awareness.

Using the Western Astrology definition of midlife, the phases we’ll be looking at and their precise timing, centre around planetary movements of the outer planets and how they interact with the time of birth. These phases are called transits.

You don’t need to know anything about astrology, simply tune in and enjoy the reflective conversation and the original music at the end of the show.
